Oppo has unveiled the A6s budget smartphone with a 7000 mAh battery
Oppo has officially announced a new affordable smartphone, the Oppo A6s, in China. Despite its budget positioning, the novelty received an impressive battery, a large display and fast charging.
Oppo A6s features a 6.75-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz sensor polling rate and peak brightness up to 1,125 nits. It’s designed for smooth scrolling and comfortable use even in bright light.
The smartphone is powered by the proven Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. There is also an option to expand the storage with a microSD card. Out of the box, the device runs Android 15 with the proprietary ColorOS 15 shell. Oppo uses its proprietary Trinity Engine and Luminous Rendering Engine technologies to make the interface smoother.

The cameras are represented by a 50-megapixel main module and a 2-megapixel monochrome sensor on the back. For selfies and video calls, there’s a 16MP front-facing camera.
One of the main advantages of the Oppo A6s is the 7,000mAh battery. The smartphone supports 80W fast wired charging, as well as reverse wired charging for recharging other devices.
Other features include — IP69 water and dust protection, large evaporative cooling chamber, NFC, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, dual-SIM support, side-mounted fingerprint scanner and face unlock.
Oppo A6s is available in Cappuccino Brown and Ice White colors. The price of the device has not been revealed yet.
