CES 2026: Lenovo has launched the Chromebook Plus i 15 laptop
Lenovo has announced the Chromebook Plus i 15 — a ChromeOS-based laptop with a 15.3-inch screen diagonal, aimed at users who value a large display and long battery life. The device is expected to start at $470 and sales are expected to start in the second quarter of 2026.

The Chromebook Plus i 15 is powered by an Intel Core i3-N355 processor and runs ChromeOS with built-in Google AI features. The laptop offers 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB or 256GB of UFS storage as standard. Graphics are handled by Intel’s integrated UMA solution.
The device’s screen is a 15.3-inch IPS panel with a resolution of 1920 × 1200 pixels, 16:10 aspect ratio and 400 nits of brightness. A touchscreen version with a 120Hz refresh rate and full sRGB color gamut will also be available. Two 2W speakers with Waves tuning are responsible for the sound.


The laptop features a 65Wh battery, which Lenovo claims offers up to 11 hours of battery life under normal use. Additional features include — a full-size keyboard with a number pad, a fingerprint scanner and a 5-megapixel webcam with a physical privacy shutter.

Wireless interfaces supported include Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3. The port set includes two USB-C 3.2 Gen 2, one USB-A 3.2 Gen 1, HDMI 1.4b, a microSD card slot, and an audio headphone jack. The Chromebook Plus i 15 will be available in Cosmic Blue and Luna Grey colors, and meets the MIL-STD-810H ruggedness standard.
