Ayaneo unveils AM03 mini-PC with Intel Core i9 chip and unusual design
Ayaneo is primarily known for its portable gaming PCs, but in recent years it has been actively pursuing other avenues — from Android consoles to its experimental Pocket Play smartphone with a retractable screen. In addition, the brand has its own line of mini-PCs, which now includes the new AM03.
The AM03 was first revealed in July 2025 and is Ayaneo’s fourth mini-PC, following the AM01, AM02 and AM01S models released in August. While the previous devices relied on retro design, the AM03 abandons the concept entirely. Ayaneo itself describes the new product as a device that combines artistic design and high performance.

In practice, the AM03 is powered by an Intel Core i9-12900H processor from the Alder Lake-H series. This chip was introduced over four years ago and combines 6 performance cores and 8 power-efficient cores, as well as integrated Xe Graphics G7 graphics with 96 execution units. In the absence of external graphics card support, the mini-PC is unlikely to handle modern AAA games — it can only run in 720p resolution and at low graphics settings.
The AM03 has a rich set of interfaces. There’s DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.1, and two 2.5Gbps Ethernet network ports. The base version of the Ayaneo AM03 sells for $399 and comes without RAM and storage. A configuration with 16GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD is also available for $499.
