Samsung introduced a 32-inch color E-Paper display for businesses
By ForGeeks Samsung expands its portfolio of digital solutions by introducing the Samsung Color E-Paper. The new product is aimed at the corporate segment and is designed for digital navigation and signage. Called the EM32DX, it is a smaller version of the 75-inch prototype shown earlier.
Glare-free and energy-efficient screen
The new 32-inch display based on E Ink Spectra 6 technology supports QHD (2560 × 1440 pixels) resolution. The device keeps static images without consuming power, and the built-in 4600mAh battery provides up to 500 days of battery life. Even when content is refreshed, power consumption remains minimal.

Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and centralized control support
Samsung Color E-Paper weighs 2.5kg at 17.9mm thick. The bezels on all sides are 13.9 mm. The display has two USB Type-C ports, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth modules, and 8GB of internal storage. It can be controlled via the Samsung E-Paper mobile app for Android and iOS.
Business users can use Samsung’s VXT (Visual eXperience Transformation) platform for remote management, monitoring, and centralized control. The device is also compatible with enterprise solutions through the Tizen Enterprise API.

Samsung has paid attention to sustainability, with packaging made entirely of paper and a 55% recycled plastic body. The company remains the largest manufacturer of digital signage with a 34.6% share of the global market through 2024.

The 32-inch Samsung Color E-Paper display is available for order now. The retail price is $1,350, and $1,200 per unit for orders of more than 150 units. Deliveries will start in mid-June.
