IKEA launches Grejsimojs LED table lamp shaped like a dog
IKEA has unveiled its new Grejsimojs LED table lamp in North American and European markets. The lamp features a bright and playful design, a replaceable light source, adjustable brightness, and a smart memory function that enhances ease of use. Designed in the shape of a sitting dog, it’s positioned as both a decorative and practical interior piece.
The Grejsimojs lamp is already available for purchase in several countries worldwide. IKEA describes it as a “child-safe friend who’s there both day and night.” It’s designed for use in children’s rooms and other living spaces where soft lighting and a friendly appearance matter.
The lamp is equipped with a replaceable LED light source rated for about 25,000 hours of use—roughly 20 years at three hours of daily usage. It emits a glare-free white light with a brightness of up to 100 lumens and a warm color temperature of 2700 K.

Brightness adjustment is controlled via a button located on the “dog’s” head. Thanks to a memory function, the lamp automatically returns to the previously set brightness level when turned back on. Its body is made from blue plastic, measuring 27 × 30 × 18 cm, with a 2-meter power cable.
Currently, the IKEA Grejsimojs lamp is available in the US, UK, and Sweden, priced at $39.99, £19, and 299 SEK respectively. A wider release in other countries is expected on January 31.
