CES 2026: Xgimi showcases new TITAN Noir Max projector
The largest XGIMI projector has gotten an update. At CES 2026, the company announced the TITAN Noir Max series — a new generation of the TITAN projector aimed at the premium segment.
The first version of the TITAN debuted in early 2025 and was XGIMI’s first step toward professional projection solutions. At the time, the device was positioned as something more than the brand’s usual portable and lifestyle projectors, with an eye toward high-end installations. The Noir Max series builds on this concept, but puts more emphasis on usability outside of a strictly professional environment.
From a design perspective, the TITAN Noir Max looks practical and utilitarian. The projector doesn’t try to blend in with the living room; it retains a solid, angular body with a large lens at the front and a prominent ventilation system. But the built-in stand adds installation flexibility, making the device more suitable for home theater, even if not for mobile use.

The key update is a new dynamic iris system. XGIMI claims it boosts native contrast ratio to 10,000:1. If these figures prove true in practice, viewers will get deeper blacks and better control of highlights in dark scenes. The company has also redesigned the internal architecture of the SST DMD, paying special attention to heat dissipation at the chip level. This should allow the projector to operate consistently at high brightness for longer periods of time with less heat load, providing smoother brightness for extended viewing.
All in all, XGIMI is positioning the TITAN Noir Max as a more «affordable» flagship. The projector is still designed for professional scenarios and retains the precision and stability they demand, but now, the company says, it’s just as seamlessly suited to dedicated home theater and media rooms. It’s an approach increasingly common in a market where top-end projectors are gradually moving beyond commercial installations.
CES 2026 attendees will be able to see the TITAN Noir Max series at XGIMI’s booth and try out the device live. The company said pre-orders will open in early 2026, but pricing information has not yet been disclosed.
