Twisted Metal clip shows Nidles Kane
By ForGeeks An extended clip of Peacock’s TV show Twisted Metal shows Needles Kane, Sweet Tooth, played by Will Arnett. The trailer, which you can watch below, shows Sweet Tooth attacking John Doe Anthony Mackie (Captain America: New World Order), an amnesiac who «talks as fast as he drives».
The Twisted Metal series, written and produced by Michael Jonathan Smith («Cobra Kai»), also stars Samoa Joe (AEW), Thomas Haden Church («Spider-Man 3»), Stephanie Beatrice («Brooklyn Nine-Nine») and Neve Campbell («Scream»).
In the series, Doe will have to cross a post-apocalyptic wasteland to deliver supplies to an outpost. He will be assisted by carjacker Tychy (Beatrice) and chased by Patrol Agent Stone (Church). The series, which launches next month, will be PlayStation Productions’ second TV series after this year’s hit adaptation of The Last of Us.
It comes ahead of the planned reboot of the Twisted Metal video game. It is in active development at Sony’s Firesprite studio after moving on from original developer Lucid Games, according to sources.
