FOTON VIEW van officially presented in Russia

The new FOTON VIEW compact van, which focuses on urban logistics and last-mile delivery, premiered in Russia on December 24, 2025.
The exclusive distributor of FOTON commercial vehicles in Russia — JSC «MB RUS», part of the «Autodom» group, has officially launched the new FOTON VIEW van. The public presentation of the model took place in Moscow at the RBC Event Center«RBC» and became one of the key events in the light commercial vehicle segment at the end of the year.
The new FOTON VIEW is positioned as a practical and versatile solution for working in urban environments. With its compact exterior dimensions, the new FOTON VIEW is able to confidently navigate in heavy traffic, maneuver through narrow passages and access sites with height restrictions. The van retains an impressive cargo volume, making it a handy tool for everyday logistics tasks.
Dimensions, versions and powertrain
The FOTON VIEW with a 2.0-liter turbodiesel engine with an output of 159 hp is certified for the Russian market. Maximum torque is 377 N-m. Two transmissions will be available to buyers: 6-speed manual transmission and 8-speed automatic. This configuration is designed for intensive operation in city conditions and at frequent stops.
A low-roofed version with a GVWR of 2,490 kg was shown at the presentation. The dimensions of the car — 5 490 × 1 980 × 1 990 mm, wheelbase — 3 510 mm, volume of cargo compartment — 6,8 cubic meters. Also for Russian customers there is a modification with GVW of 3,100 kg with a high roof. In this version, the height of the van is increased to 2,195 mm, and the volume of the cargo area reaches 7.9 cubic meters.
The loading height is just 700 mm, making it easy to handle heavy and bulky loads. This makes the FOTON VIEW suitable for use in covered parking lots, logistics centers and loading areas with strict height restrictions.
Suspension, interior and equipment
The chassis design combines a front independent spring suspension of the McPherson type with hydraulic shock absorbers and stabilizer bar and a rear dependent leaf spring suspension. This solution provides a balance between driving comfort and reliability under full load.
The interior of the van is designed in a modern style and is oriented for daily work. The cab features three seats, adjustable seats, ergonomic center console and height adjustable seat belts. Cruise control, air conditioning, keyless entry, push-button engine start and Bluetooth connectivity for mobile devices are available as standard.
Active driver assistance systems, including ABS, ESC, and a front-collision warning system, are responsible for safety. Exterior features include — LED front optics, large taillights and enlarged mirrors.
Added to the exterior styling is a new LED headlight, large taillights and larger rearview mirrors.
Adaptation to Russian conditions
FOTON VIEW has received the «winter» package for operation in cold climates. It includes heated windshield and mirrors, heated driver’s seat and a battery designed for stable operation at low temperatures. This makes the model ready for year-round use in Russian conditions without additional modifications.
