Anker unveils Nano Air 2 ultra-thin battery with MagSafe support

Anker has launched its new Nano Air 2 magnetic battery in China. The novelty is aimed at MagSafe-enabled iPhone users and stands out with an ultra-slim body that is only 8.6mm thick. The device is priced at 229 yuan (about $32) on JD.com.

The external battery has a compact body with dimensions of 8.6 × 70.6 × 102 mm and a weight of 118 grams. The device features a minimalist design with rounded corners, a matte finish, and a metal frame. It’s available in three colors: Snow White, Desert Gold, and Midnight Black.
The 5,000mAh battery provides 3,000mAh of power output at 5V. The power bank supports two charging modes:
- 20W wired charging via USB-C;
- 7.5W magnetic wireless charging for iPhone;
Compatibility is claimed with iPhones 12-16, as well as other brands of devices – Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei, Oppo, Vivo, tablets, headphones and smartwatches.
