The smartphone can record 4K / 60fps video and supports viewfinder function for GoPro cameras. The MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor combined with 12GB of RAM and 256GB or 512GB of storage (depending on the variant) provide a high performance. Wi-Fi 6E is also available.

Infinix ZERO 40 5G runs Android 14-based firmware. The manufacturer guarantees two numbered updates to the operating system and three years of security patch releases. A 5,000 mAh battery with support for 45-watt wired and 20-watt wireless charging is responsible for autonomy. A “reverse” function for wirelessly charging other devices (10W) is also available.
