Realme has launched a teaser campaign for the Realme 16 Pro series. A page has appeared on the official Realme India website revealing key details of the upcoming lineup. The main confirmation — the existence of the Realme 16 Pro+ model, which the brand skipped in the previous generation after the release of the Realme 14 Pro+.
The chipset of the model has not been revealed yet, but the company says it will be more powerful than the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4. The Realme 16 Pro+ is rumored to get a 7,000mAh battery and 80W fast charging. While these specs are yet to be confirmed, the manufacturer is already sharing battery life: up to 9.3 hours of gaming, 20.8 hours of Instagram*, up to 21 hours of YouTube viewing, and up to 125 hours of music.
The series will run on Android 16 with the Realme UI 7 shell and will get three years of OS updates and four years of security patches. According to insiders, the series could be unveiled on January 6, 2026.
The Realme 16 Pro+ will reportedly be available in Master Gray, Master Gold and Camellia Pink colors and will appear in configurations up to 12/512GB. Expected specs include a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display at 144Hz, a 50MP front camera and a 7,000mAh battery with 80W charging.Realme 16 Pro should get a similar set of specs but with a 200MP + 8MP main camera system. In turn, the Pro+ could additionally feature a periscopic telephoto module.
