Pink Mercy’s return to Overwatch 2 for a charity fundraiser

Activision Blizzard is once again delighting the Overwatch community with a charity event. The company has brought back the classic Pink Mercy cosmetics and added new items to support the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF).
Support for Breast Cancer Research Foundation
In 2018, Blizzard first introduced the Pink Mercy skin as part of a charity event. Back in the days when Overwatch cosmetics were only distributed through lootboxes, being able to directly purchase the skin and support a worthy cause was a significant event for players. Sales of the iconic look brought in $12.7 million for BCRF back then. You’ll be able to purchase the skin again this month and support the charity.
New and Classic Items
The original Pink Mercy skin will be available starting June 25 for $14.99. In addition, Blizzard has introduced a new Rose Gold Mercy set for $19.99. 100% of the purchase price (minus platforming fees and taxes) will go directly to BCRF. Players will be able to purchase these items through the Overwatch 2 in-game store or digital stores such as Battle.net, Microsoft Store, and PlayStation Store.

Set Description
The Rose Gold Mercy set includes a skin that differs from the original with pink hair instead of the classic blonde hair. Also included is a heroic weapon skin, allowing you to apply the rose theme to any Mercy skin. The set includes three name cards, three sprays, and three player icons, all in the pink theme.

Promotion Time
The BCRF charity event will run from June 25 through July 8. It’s a great time to get back into the game, especially since Blizzard has unlocked all new heroes and made changes to reduce matchmaking exits.
