Annapurna Interactive will hold its next game show on June 29
By ForGeeks Indie publisher Annapurna Interactive has announced that the next game showcase will take place later this month. Annapurna Interactive Showcase will be broadcast on Thursday, June 29.
According to a tweet on the official Annapurna account, the showcase will feature «reveals, announcements and one of our biggest announcements». Annapurna held its first game showcase in July 2021. The event featured games such as The Artful Escape, A Memoir Blue, Storyteller, Solar Ash, Skin Deep, Outer Wilds, Neon White and Stray.
The second showing was in July 2022 and featured Thirsty Suitors, Hindsight, Bounty Star, Flock, a new game from the creator of Katamari Damacy, The Lost Wild and next-gen versions of Outer Wilds and What Remains of Edith Finch.
In October, it was announced that Annapurna would also be publishing Silent Hill Townfall, which is in development at Scottish studio NoCode. No gameplay was shown during the initial announcement, which means fans of the series will be hoping it shows up in some form at the show. «We can’t wait to come back in the new year and show more», — said NoCode creative director John McKellan at the time.
