Xiaomi has revealed an air purifier with a cat stand – Beon X3 Pet Air Purifier
By ForGeeks Xiaomi is raising funds to produce the Beon X3 Pet Air Purifier, designed for apartments with pets. It effectively captures pet hair and has a removable pet stand.
The device features a filter that captures pet hair during shedding, as well as a built-in ionizer. The manufacturer claims the latter helps fight allergens and pathogens in both humans and pets.
Beon X3 Pet also has a deodorizing catalytic filter that purifies the air from unpleasant odors from the litter box. The unit has a capacity of 411 cubic meters of air per hour, though no recommended room area is specified.
A special cat stand can be installed on top of the purifier so that the pet doesn’t block the airflow if it jumps on the device. It’s currently available for pre-order for $261 (22,780 rubles) on a crowdfunding platform, with a launch date to be announced at a later date.
