Sony has unveiled a 27-inch PlayStation gaming monitor with a DualSense controller mount

Sony has unveiled a new 27-inch PlayStation Gaming Monitor designed specifically for desktop gaming on PS5 consoles. The device features a built-in DualSense controller charging holder and, as the manufacturer notes, combines «vivid visuals and high performance».

The monitor was developed by Sony’s Interactive Entertainment division and features an IPS panel with a resolution of 2560×1440 pixels. HDR support and Auto HDR Tone Mapping automatically adjusts image settings when connected to PS5 and PS5 Pro consoles for a rich and lifelike picture.

The refresh rate reaches 120Hz when connected to the PS5 and PS5 Pro, and up to 240Hz with compatible PCs and Macs. There’s also a VESA mount and an array of modern interfaces: two HDMI 2.1, one DisplayPort 1.4, two USB-A, one USB-C (supporting PlayStation Link adapters and other devices), and built-in stereo speakers and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
