MTS launched the “Call to Chat” service with a built-in voice assistant

Operator MTS introduced a new service “Call to Chat” equipped with an intelligent voice assistant. The service allows subscribers to delegate communication to the assistant in situations where a face-to-face conversation is not possible.
The mechanism is simple: when a call is rejected, the user receives a notification from the My MTS app with an offer to start a chat with the call initiator.

In the chat the user is offered ready-made answer options, formed taking into account the context of the conversation. In addition to selecting the proposed lines, the subscriber can enter his or her own text, which will also be voiced to the interlocutor.
According to MTS research, 45% of users regularly face the need to answer important calls at inconvenient times. The company’s representatives are confident that the Call to Chat feature will become a convenient alternative to ensure uninterrupted communication.
