Honor has launched the Pad GT 2 Pro tablet

At a major presentation in China, Honor announced several new products at once: the Honor X70 smartphone with an 8300 mAh battery, Earbuds A Pro headphones, MagicBook X Plus series laptops and perhaps the most interesting device – the Honor Pad GT 2 Pro gaming tablet. The device is focused on performance and high-frequency gameplay.
Honor Pad GT 2 Pro gets a 12.5-inch OLED display with 3K resolution and refresh rates up to 165Hz. It’s built around the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, which ensures smooth gaming experience. Honor noted that projects such as CrossFire: Gunfight King run at 165 frames per second on the tablet. Graphics performance is also thanks to the internal Phantom Engine optimization system, while heat dissipation is handled by an advanced cooling system with a graphene layer.

Configurations include up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. Sound is provided by eight speakers with surround sound support and IMAX certification. The tablet supports stylus and keyboard connectivity.
The Honor Pad GT 2 Pro is powered by a 10,100mAh battery and supports 66W fast charging.
The device weighs 532 grams and is just 5.99mm thick. For now, the tablet is only available in the Chinese market and comes in two colors: Ice Crystal White and Phantom Gray.
