Another day, another Galaxy S24 Ultra leak. The leak comes from the not-so-famous Ice Universe on X and suggests that the Galaxy S24 Ultra will feature an upgraded 200MP main camera. The new camera will be a 200MP ISOCELL HP25X — an upgraded version of the current ISOCELL HP2.

The new sensor will retain the 1/1.3″ size of the current one. The feature list includes improved Super Quad Phase Detection autofocus, as well as built-in 4-in-1 and 16-in-1 pixel binning, which means 50MP and 12MP photos, respectively.
Pixel binning is also a feature.

Interestingly, the S24 Ultra is expected to feature a new and improved 3x telephoto camera. It’s rumored to be a 50MP 1/2.52″ camera with 0.7µm pixels. That’s a big jump in sensor size that will significantly improve image quality.
