Huawei has unveiled the Pocket 2 fold-out smartphone

Huawei introduced a foldable smartphone Pocket 2 with an improved hinge design. The novelty is equipped with a system of four rear cameras and an OLED display with a resolution of 1136 × 2690 pixels. The device uses a 7nm octa-core Kirin 9000S processor with various cores and a Maleoon 910 graphics core.


The smartphone has 12GB of RAM and is available in different persistent memory configurations. The Huawei Pocket 2’s main external camera unit consists of various sensors and modules with optical stabilization and 4K video support. The smartphone has a 4,520 mAh battery with support for wireless and wired charging. Huawei has unveiled the Pocket 2


Huawei Pocket 2 supports bi-directional satellite communication via Beidou and has various features including stereo speakers, NFC, finger scanner and IPX8 waterproofing. The smartphone runs the HarmonyOS 4 operating system and will be available starting February 22.
