Huawei released a router on HarmonyOS with Wi-Fi 7

Huawei has unveiled its first router, the Huawei Router BE3 Pro, which supports quad-core Wi-Fi 7 and dual-link converged networking.

Huawei Router BE3 Pro offers two versions: the version with a 1,000M network port costs 399 yuan (Rmb5,000), and the version with a 2,500M network port — 499 yuan (Rmb6,300).

The router is housed in a “flat” design (dimensions are 225x178x60mm) and supports 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands with throughputs of 688Mbps and 2882Mbps respectively. Compared to the previous model, the new device delivers 81% and 52% faster download speeds and reduced latency, respectively.

In addition, Huawei Router BE3 Pro has added support for cybersports and 2.5G network ports, providing faster network connection speeds and more stable network performance.

The device runs HarmonyOS and offers several smart features. For example, a system for monitoring children’s network activity and connection acceleration for 160 games. You can also prioritize one of four network ports for gaming.
