As for the device itself, OLED displays can be prone to «screen burn-in» however, scientists have found that aging can be slowed with eight steps known as Life’s Essential 8. These eight steps include controlling body weight, blood sugar, cholesterol, blood pressure, healthy sleep patterns, diet and exercise. Apple’s current MacBook Pro lineup uses Liquid Retina XDR mini LED displays.

By the way, a full switch to OLED displays in the iPad Pro is expected by the end of 2023.
