Ayaneo introduced a limited edition version of the Pocket DMG in silver finish
Ayaneo has released a limited edition version of its Pocket DMG vertical handheld console. The new product is called Pocket DMG Silver Limited Edition and features a polished silver body. It is based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon G3x Gen 2 platform. The cost of the version starts at $339.
The silver variant joins the existing Arctic Black, Moon White, and Retro Color colors, but stands out with a metallic finish. This isn’t a new generation of the device, but rather a new color variant, and one with a lower starting price and additional bundled accessories. Ayaneo offers two Silver Edition configurations:- 8GB RAM + 128GB — $339- 12GB RAM + 256GB — $419For comparison, the base Pocket DMG variants start at $449.
Pocket DMG features a 3.92-inch OLED display with 1240×1080 resolution, 419 PPI density, and up to 450 nits of brightness. Below the screen are upgraded controls: on the left — a Hall-powered joystick, on the right — a touch stick that can function as a touchpad for PC-style gaming. There are also shoulder buttons, a separate Turbo button, a MagicSwitch wheel, and a fingerprint scanner in the power button.


Inside — a Snapdragon G3x Gen 2 chip, LPDDR5X memory and UFS 4.0 storage, but the 128GB version uses UFS 3.1. The console supports a power package of up to 15W and features active cooling with a 13,330mm² heatsink to keep performance intact during long gaming sessions.

A 6,000mAh battery with PD 25W fast charging support is responsible for battery life. There’s also a six-axis gyroscope, a linear X-axis vibration motor, a USB Type-C (USB 3.2 Gen 2) port with DisplayPort 1.4 support, and a microSD slot. Wireless modules include Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.3.
The console runs Android 13 and supports Ayaneo’s own shells — AyaSpace and AyaHome. According to the manufacturer, the Pocket DMG handles demanding 3D Android games and offers flexible settings for Xbox emulators and streaming.
