CES 2026: Samsung revealed a 130-inch Micro RGB TV with 100% BT.2020 coverage
Samsung is betting on scale at CES 2026. The company unveiled what it calls the world’s first 130-inch Micro RGB TV, codenamed R95H, which offers the widest color gamut among modern TVs — 100% BT.2020.
Despite its gigantic size, Samsung doesn’t want the TV to look bulky. Instead of the image of «a huge black rectangle on the wall» the R95H has been given a design with a frame that resembles a window. The company’s idea is to make the screen look more like a large architectural element of the interior than a regular TV.
Samsung says it’s a modern evolution of the Timeless Gallery concept introduced back in 2013. An updated Timeless Frame frames the 130-inch panel and gives it a gallery-like look. The speaker system is built right into the frame, and the sound is customized to the size of the screen to make the image and audio experience seamless.

From a technology perspective, the R95H is based on the latest Micro RGB system. It includes Micro RGB AI Engine Pro, Micro RGB Color Booster Pro and Micro RGB HDR Pro, which are responsible for color reproduction, contrast and brightness.
Artificial Intelligence is also used to bring out darker shades more accurately, improve contrast nuances, and keep colors correct in both bright and darkened scenes.
The TV supports 100 percent coverage of the BT.2020 color space and is VDE certified for high color accuracy. It also features Samsung’s proprietary anti-reflective and low-reflective coating to maintain contrast and color saturation even in well-lit rooms.

TheR95H supports HDR10+ Advanced and Eclipsa Audio, as well as the updated Vision AI Companion. This suite includes dialog search, recommendations and features like AI Football Mode Pro, Live Translate, Generative Wallpaper, as well as integrations with Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity.
