The Czech Republic has come up with an ultrasonic kitchen knife. The miracle blade from startup 369Sonic vibrates 50,000 times per second, preventing food from sticking to itself.

It is also claimed that it doesn’t damage soft foods because it exerts little pressure on them while cutting.

The knife consists of a battery, a controller, a titanium vibrator and a 125mm long steel blade. Electrical impulses are converted into mechanical vibrations, with a frequency of 40-50 thousand vibrations per second. This allows the blade to disrupt the structure of materials and cut them quickly.

The advantage of this knife is that no effort is needed when cutting. Also, no crumbs or small particles stick to the blade due to the vibration. Ultrasonic cutting is almost silent, which is why the knife emits a special signal before starting work.

One charge of the batteries lasts for about 50 minutes of use, and the estimated cost of one knife is $390 (36,500 rubles).
