Nio Firefly electric car has passed another certification process
By ForGeeks Chinese company Nio unveiled its most affordable brand Firefly and its debut model of the same name in late December. Since the announcement, the car has undergone a series of winter tests, and today it was revealed that it’s been certified for sales in China.

The Firefly electric car is powered by a one 105 kW (140 hp, 142 PS) electric motor that allows it to reach a top speed of 150 km/h. The car uses a lithium-iron-phosphate (LFP) based battery developed by Sunwoda. Although the exact capacity of the battery has not yet been disclosed, LFP technology is known for its durability and safety.

Firefly has compact dimensions ideal for urban environments:
