Yoga for the Advanced: Peak Poses workshops
Up until now, Apple Fitness+ has been geared mostly toward beginners, but the new Yoga Peak Poses feature will change that. Apple is launching workshops inspired by yoga retreats that focus on challenging poses like «Dancer» or «Crow». Each session consists of a 10-minute prep session to warm up the muscles and a 10-minute practice session to hone a challenging pose. It’s a great opportunity for users to improve their skills and reach new heights in their yoga practice.

The program is structured as follows: the first week focuses on «Progressive Overload», the second on «Time Under Load» and the third on «Dynamic Strength». The program is designed as a repetitive cycle, allowing the loads to increase as strength increases.

One of the most exciting new features is Apple Fitness+’s interaction with Strava. Now, when sharing workouts in Strava, users will be able to see detailed information about the activity performed, including the type of workout and the trainer’s name, along with the usual health metrics.
