CD Projekt has released a new trailer for Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, which you can watch below. According to CD Projekt, the expansion, which will be released on September 26th, promises to change the gameplay of Cyberpunk 2077.

Game designer Julia Priymak demonstrated some of the new features during an appearance at Gamescom Opening Night Live on Tuesday. Among them — vehicle combat. Players will be able to fire weapons while moving, use mounted weapons and missiles, and remotely control other vehicles to smash them.

Some of the new features introduced in Phantom Liberty will also be added to the base game in update 2.0, which will be released on current-gen consoles and PC. Last September, CD Projekt said Phantom Liberty was the only planned expansion for Cyberpunk 2077, but upon its release, the next Cyberpunk game, Project Orion, will begin development at CD Projekt Red North America, a new U.S. studio.
