Now, in the UK, the PS5 with floppy drive is available for £399.99 instead of the usual £479.99. In Germany, players can buy the console for €459.99 instead of the usual €549.99. Also, a €75 discount is available for Ireland and Austria. In India, the PlayStation 5 is available minus Rs. 7,500.
Sales of PlayStation 5 have already surpassed the impressive 40 million console mark since its launch. However, this new price-cutting promotion has most likely been launched to clear out the remaining PS5 stock ahead of the launch of a new removable disk drive model that will replace both the current versions.
