GTA V on PC has received an Expanded & Enhanced update with improved graphics and content

Rockstar Games has released a free update for GTA V on PC that brings the game’s version in line with the latest generation consoles
What’s changed
- The new version replaces the old – the original GTA V has removed from digital stores on PC. In its place, the Expanded & Enhanced is now available, which also includes the Legacy edition
- Improved graphics – there are technical updates previously only available on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S
- Realtracing on PC – if your PC meets the recommended requirements, the game now supports real-time rays
- Progress Migration – users can migrate data from the old version to the updated client (in both single-player and GTA Online).
- Additional content – added new cars, wildlife, and photography tests
- GTA+ on PC – the subscription, previously only available on consoles, now works in the PC version
GTA V lives on, but everyone is waiting for GTA VI
Rockstar continues to update and support older games in the GTA series. The studio recently released remasters of GTA III, Vice City, and San Andreas, and now it’s improved GTA V as well.
Nevertheless, fans are patiently awaiting GTA VI, and the update for GTA V on PC is just a way to brighten the wait.
