All transfers and payments will reportedly be free for citizens. But if we are talking about business — then get ready to pay a commission of 0.3% of the planned payment.
The Central Bank will be responsible for opening digital wallets, conducting transactions and so on. The digital ruble will also be subject to all requirements regarding bank secrecy.
It’s important to understand that the digital ruble — is a means of payment or transfer. You can’t open a deposit using the new form of currency, no matter how hard you try. Unfortunately, you can’t get a loan either. That’s the way it is in the new law.
