Vivo X100 and X100 Pro have entered the world market

The flagship Vivo X100 series is now available worldwide, although availability in a specific market has yet to be confirmed. These devices are the first to get MediaTek’s Dimensity 9300 processor. The smartphones have also been equipped with a top-of-the-line camera with a Zeiss APO X100 Pro Persicopic sensor with a focal length of 100mm.

The two smartphones in the Vivo X100 series feature 6.78-inch 8T LTPO AMOLED displays with 1260p resolution, 10-bit color depth and dynamic refresh rate of 1-120Hz. The panels can provide peak brightness up to 3000 nits and PWM control at 2160Hz for eye protection. The screen cutout houses a 32-megapixel selfie camera, and a fingerprint scanner is integrated underneath the display.

The X100 Pro has three 50 MP cameras on the back with a 1-inch Sony IMX989 main sensor. The X100 Pro features the world’s first Zeiss APO-certified mobile telephoto lens. The apochromatic-corrected zoom lens optics align green, blue and red colors in the same focusing plane, which should result in increased photo sharpness. The new floating periscope module has an aperture of f/2.57 and an equivalent focal length of 100mm, as well as 4.3x optical zoom and 100x digital zoom.

The X100 uses a 50 MP IMX920 main sensor (f/1.57 aperture), which is paired with a 64 MP 1/2-inch telephoto lens, 3x zoom and optical image stabilization. The third module is an ultra-wide-angle lens with a 15mm focal length and 50 MP resolution.

The two smartphones get up to 16GB of LPDDR5T RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The operating system is OriginOS 4 based on Android 14.

mAh battery with 100W charging support and 50W fast wireless charging. Both phones are IP68 water and dust resistant, with IR transmitters, Wi-Fi 7 connectivity and Bluetooth 5.4.

Vivo X100 is available in two configurations – 12/256GB and 16/512GB. The Vivo X100 Pro is available in a single 16/512GB capacity. The price of the smartphones will be announced at a later date.
