Xiaomi has confirmed the release of Redmi K Pad

Xiaomi is announcing new products, details of which it will reveal on October 23, 2025. These include the Redmi K90 series of smartphones, the Redmi Watch 6 smart watch and an updated version of the Redmi K Pad tablet, unveiled in a new Golden White colorway.
The tablet seems to match the Flowing Gold White color scheme of the upcoming Redmi K90 Pro Max. Apart from the new design, the tablet retains the same specs as the original models. The tablet features an 8.8-inch LCD display with 3008×1880 resolution, 165Hz refresh rate and support for HDR10, Dolby Vision and HDR Vivid. Up to 700 nits of brightness is thanks to Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection and technology options including Real RGB layout and DC Dimming.
Beneath the hood of the device is a powerful MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ 3nm chipset with an eight-core processor and Immortalis-G925 MC12 graphics gas pedal. Video gaming on the tablet is provided with stable performance thanks to the cooling system and a large aluminum evaporation chamber. It runs Android 15 with the HyperOS 2 shell, which integrates well with Xiaomi’s ecosystem and supports sharing with Apple devices.
A 7,500mAh battery with 67W fast charging support allows for extended use of the tablet, while the Bypass Charging Plus feature powers the device directly while gaming, reducing heat. Charge time and battery wear are guaranteed by TÜV SÜD and TÜV Rheinland certifications.
