Xiaomi 15T Pro will get up to 1TB of storage and Dimensity 9400+ chip
Ahead of the official announcement, Xiaomi’s upcoming “affordable flagship” Xiaomi 15T Pro has gone live in the FCC database. The device, model number 2506BPN68G, has passed certification, revealing key specs including memory configurations, Wi-Fi 7 support and operating system.

According to the documents, the Xiaomi 15T Pro will be available in three variants – with 256GB, 512GB and 1TB of internal storage. All versions will get 12GB of RAM. This makes the model one of the few smartphones in its class with this amount of storage without having to overpay for a top-of-the-line model.

The device will also get Bluetooth, NFC and Wi-Fi 7 support. Android 15-based HyperOS 2.0 is announced as the firmware, but a commercial release is likely to come as early as Android 16.
Technical specs and cameras
The Xiaomi 15T Pro is rumored to be built on the flagship MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chip. A Samsung S5KKDS sensor is claimed for the front camera, while the main camera will be made up of:
- 50MP OmniVision OVX9100 main sensor,
- 13-MP ultra-wide-angle module,
- 50-Mp Samsung JN5 telephoto lens.
The main camera is different from the one installed in the Xiaomi 15, while the telephoto lens remains the same. The ultra-wide lens, on the other hand, has been cut down compared to the previous series: instead of 50MP, it’s now 13MP.
The smartphone is expected to get a 5,500mAh battery with support for 90W fast wired charging.
Potential Global Launch
The Xiaomi 15T Pro has previously passed IMDA certification in Singapore, which hints at an imminent global release. Given the past success of the 14T series, we can expect the new product to become available outside of China as well.
