Vivo X300s: leaked specs
Vivo is expected to hold a presentation in March where it will unveil the Vivo X300 Ultra flagship. A new leak from renowned insider Digital Chat Station has revealed the key specs of the upcoming smartphone.
A new leak from a well-known insider Digital Chat Station has revealed the key specs of the upcoming smartphone.
According to the source, the Vivo X300s will get a flat display with thin bezels of equal width on all four sides. The rear panel will house a round main camera module.

The smartphone will feature a 6.78-inch OLED screen with 1.5K resolution. The main camera on the rear will have a 200MP resolution and will be complemented by a mid-range periscope telephoto lens. Performance will be handled by the yet-to-be-unveiled MediaTek Dimensity 9500 Plus processor, which is rumored to be an overclocked version of the current Dimensity 9500.
One of the key features of the Vivo X300s will be a battery with a capacity of around 7,000 mAh. In comparison, the Vivo X300s uses a 6040 mAh battery. It’s also expected to have an ultrasonic under-screen fingerprint scanner and a water-resistant body.
Although there’s talk of a possible global release around the Vivo X300 Ultra, the X300s model is likely to remain exclusive to the Chinese market for about a year. The reason lies in the brand’s strategy: the Vivo X200s, introduced in China in April 2025, is set to launch internationally as the Vivo X200T as early as the end of this month or early February. By analogy, the Vivo X300s could appear outside of China in 2027 under the name Vivo X300T.
