Vivo V29e has been announced with a curved AMOLED display, 50MP selfie camera and SD 695

Vivo has announced the vivo V29e smartphone, which is the new member of its mid-range V-series lineup. The device features a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED screen with FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and a 50MP front-facing camera with eye autofocus.
The back panel has a two-tone design with color-changing glass, which vivo calls Artistic Design. In the Artistic Red variant, the back panel is UV-sensitive and changes color from red to black when exposed to UV light. At the back, there’s a 64MP main camera and an 8MP ultrazoom module.

The phone features a Snapdragon 695 chipset, along with 8GB of RAM and 128/256GB of storage, expandable via a microSD card slot. The software is the Android 13-based Funtouch OS 13, while the battery has a 5,000mAh capacity and supports 44W fast charging.
The phone is powered by Funtouch OS 13.


The smartphone comes in Artistic Red and Artistic Blue colors and is priced at $327 for 8/128GB. The 8/256GB price is $350. The phone is already available for pre-order at vivo and partner retailers. It is scheduled to start selling on September 7.
