The advanced S20 Pro model is rumored to feature a curved screen and a three-camera system, including a telephoto lens. The base version of the Vivo S20 is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 7-series processor (possibly Snapdragon 7 Gen 3), while the S20 Pro will feature a Dimensity 9300.

A 6,500 mAh battery with 90W fast charging support, a 50-megapixel front camera and a dual camera on the back (50 MP + 8 MP) have also been confirmed.
