Oppo is preparing to release the K13 smartphone with a 7,000 mAh battery and 80-watt charging capabilities

After the recent announcement of the premium Find X8 series, Oppo is shifting its focus to the more affordable segment. The brand is preparing to launch a new mid-range smartphone, the Oppo K13, and its first market will be India. Detailed specifications have leaked today, and it looks like the model will have some pretty impressive specs for its class.
An official release date hasn’t been named yet, but given the volume of leaks, the launch of the Oppo K13 is imminent. The smartphone will be the successor to the K12 and will offer users modern hardware, a large battery and an OLED screen with a higher refresh rate.
Oppo K13 specs: OLED display, Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 and Android 15
According to the leak, the Oppo K13 will get a flat 6.67-inch display with Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The matrix is made with OLED technology, which promises deep black color and high contrast. A fingerprint scanner is built into the screen.

The processor used is the fresh Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chip – Qualcomm only unveiled it in February. That makes the K13 one of the first smartphones with the new chipset, which promises balanced performance and power efficiency.
The smartphone will run Android 15 with Qualcomm’s proprietary ColorOS 15 shell – out of the box, no updates required. That’s a rarity in the mid-range segment, where last year’s versions of Android are often installed.
Cameras, battery life, and extra chips
The main camera of the Oppo K13 is represented by a 50-megapixel sensor. Next to it is a secondary 2-megapixel camera – most likely a depth sensor or macro lens. For selfies, there’s a 16MP front-facing camera.
The autonomy deserves special attention: the smartphone is equipped with a 7,000 or even 7,100 mAh battery. It’s paired with an 80W wired fast charger. That’s a rarity not only in the mid-range segment, but also among flagships.
The K13 also gets stereo speakers, an infrared port (IR blaster), and IP64 dust and splash protection. The device will weigh 208 grams – not the lightest smartphone, but not too heavy given the battery capacity.
