Meizu has confirmed the release date of the Meizu 22 flagship and revealed the specifications

Meizu has officially announced the premiere date of its next flagship smartphone. The Meizu 22 will debut in China on September 15. Along with the announcement, the design and key specifications of the device have been revealed.
The smartphone will get a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset and a compact 6.3-inch flat 2.5D display. Earlier in July, the manufacturer confirmed that the device will feature ultra-thin bezels — just 1.2mm.
The teaser shows a device with a flat screen, neat uniform bezels and a reduced front camera hole. On the back, there’s a triple camera module in a square block at the top left corner. The main camera will be 50 MP, the same amount will get «ultrawide» and a telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. The front-facing camera is also 50 MP.
The manufacturer has confirmed a 4,500 mm² vapor chamber for cooling. The case will be 8.15mm thick with a weight of 190g.
The smartphone is rumored to get a 5500 mAh battery. All the details, including the price, will be announced next week, and pre-orders are already open on Meizu’s official online store in China.
