IFA 2025: Tecno shows ultra-thin Slim smartphones

At IFA 2025, Tecno showed off several new devices at once: record-slim smartphones, a laptop with artificial intelligence, smart glasses and other ecosystem elements. The brand also received three prestigious awards for technological innovation.
Tecno Slim smartphones: record thickness of less than 6mm
- Tecno SPARK Slim is the world’s thinnest smartphone with a curved screen, with a thickness of 5.93 mm.
- Tecno POVA Slim 5G – 5.95 mm thick.
The two models feature a 5160 mAh battery with 45W fast charging support and IP64 protection in a compact size.
- Curved AMOLED displays with 1.5K resolution, 144Hz refresh rate and up to 4,500 nits of brightness;
- dense layout technology and new materials, allowing the placement of a high-capacity battery;
- back panel design with backlighting that responds to calls and notifications
New ecosystem: laptops, tablet and smart glasses
At the IFA ShowStoppers booth, the company presented other products:
- MEGABOOK S14 is the world’s lightest 14-inch OLED-screen notebook, weighing 899 g. Available with Snapdragon X Elite and Intel Core Ultra 9 processors. Distinctive feature – built-in artificial intelligence based on its own language model, working offline in Windows.
- MEGAPAD Pro is a 12-inch tablet with a 2K display, vision protection and up to 8 hours of battery life. Targeted at students and professionals, it supports Ella voice assistant and AI tools: translation, document scanning, text and image processing.

- AI Glasses Series – smart glasses with 50MP camera, AR display in Pro version and real-time translation function in more than 100 languages.

Three IFA 2025 Innovation Awards
Tecno received three awards IFA Global Product Technology Innovation Awards 2025 on September 5. The winners were the Slim series smartphones, the MEGABOOK S14 notebook and the AI Glasses smart glasses.
This award was established by IDG, IFA and the German Association of Industry and Commerce (DIHK). It is awarded to products that set new standards and shape the future of the industry.
