Honor X60 Pro specifications leaked online: the smartphone will be weak

On October 16, Honor will unveil the Honor X60 series of smartphones in China. It will include two models, the Honor X60 and the Honor X60 Pro. Recent leaks have already revealed the key specifications of the standard model, which will be powered by a Dimensity 7025 processor. Honor X60 Pro specs (rumored)
According to the leak, the Honor X60 Pro will get a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with curved edges and a resolution of 2700 x 1224 pixels. Although not mentioned in the leak, the display is expected to support refresh rates of up to 120Hz.

The device will have a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor inside, which was also used in the Honor X50 last year. Honor has already confirmed that the X60 Pro will be available in several configurations: 8GB RAM + 128GB internal storage, 8GB RAM + 256GB storage, 12GB RAM + 256GB storage, and 12GB RAM + 512GB storage. Of these configurations, only the 512GB version will support China Mobile’s Beiduo satellite SMS service.

One of the main advantages of the Honor X60 Pro will be its capacious 6600mAh battery, which is 800mAh more than the X50. The device will also support 66W fast charging. Despite the increase in battery capacity, the smartphone will remain quite thin, measuring 7.98 mm thick and 162.8 x 75.5 mm with a weight of 188 grams.
There’s no information on the pricing of the Honor X60 Pro yet. It will be available in four colors: black, basalt gray, burnt orange, sky blue and elegant black.

According to leaks, Honor has repositioned the X60 series. In comparison, the Honor X50 and X50 Pro were powered by Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 and Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chips, respectively. In the new lineup, the Honor X60 with Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chip will replace the X50, while the X60 Pro with Dimensity 7025 will take a lower position compared to its predecessor. The company will probably launch the Honor X60 GT as the successor to last year’s X50 Pro/X50 GT.
