Wildberries launched “Tip” service in test mode

The new service will allow Wildberries marketplace shoppers to thank employees for good service. At the first stage only some users will be able to use it, and later the service will be available for all customers in Russia.

Tip will be able to be left via the mobile app within a week of receiving an order. The customer will be able to do this during the delivery or service evaluation by choosing a fixed amount or entering their own. The maximum amount of tips will be 1000 rubles, and the debit will be made from the bank card specified in the profile. In the future it will be possible to send tips from “WB Wallet”.
