The next free game on the Epic Games Store is a “surprise game

According to a reliable billbil-kun source, Epic plans to give away eight games (two per week) during the Epic Mega Sale, which will reportedly begin May 18 and run through June 15. Next week’s mystery game will replace The Sims 4 The Daring Lifestyle Bundle, which is available for free until May 18. The bundle contains three expansions for EA’s life simulator: the Jungle Adventure Game Pack, the Luxury Party Stuff Pack, and the Fashion Street Kit.
The Epic Games Store gave away 99 free games last year (up from 89 in 2021). According to Epic, those games totaled $2,240, and users used more than 700 million free games (up from 765 million in 2021). The company recently said that players should expect more high-profile Epic Games Store exclusives in the future.
