Starfield appears to have broken Microsoft’s record for the number of players on release day for Xbox Game Studios. After the game’s release on Wednesday, Xbox chief Phil Spencer said the number of concurrent players topped one million across all platforms, but it wasn’t clear how many unique users were playing Starfield.
