Sony PlayStation Showcase: Metal Gear Solid 3 remake unveiled

Konami has officially announced a remake of Metal Gear Solid 3 for Sony’s PlayStation consoles. Metal Gear Solid 3 Delta will be released for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC during the PlayStation Showcase.

Konami has also confirmed the release of «the first volume» of the Metal Gear Solid remaster collection, including Metal Gear Solid, Metal Gear Solid 2 and Metal Gear Solid 3, which will be released in fall 2023.

According to sources, Konami has softened its stance on game licensing. This is evidenced by the recent disclosure of several new Silent Hill projects, including the Silent Hill 2 remake.
