Modern Warfare 3 will get remasters of MW2 maps

Activision has released a trailer for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 multiplayer. The trailer shows some of the maps that players can see in the upcoming multiplayer beta test.

Activision has released a trailer for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.

Activision plans to reveal Modern Warfare 3’s features at the upcoming Call of Duty Next on October 5. The first of two Modern Warfare 3 multiplayer beta weekends will kick off the following day, and will be available exclusively on PS4 and PS5.

Modern Warfare 3 will be available exclusively on PS4 and PS5.

The game will feature updated versions of 16 starter maps from the 2009 Modern Warfare 2 game. They are Afghan, Derail, Estate, Favela, Karachi, Highrise, Invasion, Quarry, Rundown, Rust, Scrapyard, Skidrow, Sub Base, Terminal, Underpass and Wasteland.

The multiplayer beta will include some of the redesigned maps, as well as new ground warfare features. During the second beta release, the game will support cross-play on PC, PlayStation and Xbox consoles.

The game will be available on PC, PlayStation and Xbox.
