Final Fantasy 16 demo available for download now

The demo version of Final Fantasy 16 is already available for download, Square Enix announced. The announcement was made during producer Naoki Yoshida’s keynote speech at a pre-launch event.

Yoshida said the demo allows players to start a new game and go through the initial Prologue, which contains about two hours of gameplay. Afterwards, players will be able to transfer their saves into the main game. A special second «Combat demo» will then open.

Final Fantasy 16 will be released on PlayStation 5 on June 22.

And the game has the potential to be one of the best in the series, which was released in 1987 and has sold more than 173 million copies as of March 2022.
