Final Fantasy 14 is coming to Xbox Series X/S. Xbox boss Phil Spencer made a surprise appearance at the Final Fantasy 14 fan festival in Las Vegas to announce the game’s release on current-gen Xbox systems.

Although the game is an online multiplayer adventure, Square Enix has implemented a system called Duty Support, which allows players to progress through content with a squad of NPC allies instead of real players.
