Dying Light 2 will get new missions, difficulty level and weapons

Techland has announced plans for Dying Light 2. According to the roadmap, the game will soon get new missions, weapons, Tower Road and more. Along with new content, the roadmap adds cross-saves, FOV controls on the Xbox Series S, and various quality of life improvements. Techland also announced that Halloween and winter events are planned for later in the year.

A crossover with Vampire: The Masquerade will be released soon, as well as a crossover with the For Honor franchise, though details of those events have not yet been revealed.

While Techland continues to update Dying Light 2, the studio recently asked fans which character they’d like to play as in a potential Dying Light 3. While it’s not an official announcement of the new game’s development, the Polish studio is gauging player interest in the sequel with a poll recently posted on Twitter.
