The games “The Witcher. Advanced Edition” and “The Witcher 2. The Witcher 2 and The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings will soon support Apple’s Silicon M1, M2 processors and macOS Ventura.

The downside of this, however, is that OS X 10.7.5, OS X 10.8.2, and macOS 10.15 will no longer be supported, so the earliest operating system version for these games will now be macOS 11.0. The thing is that the technologies that the studio uses, as well as JIT-compatible memory management and the operation of Apple’s Game Controller toolkit, require macOS 11.0 or newer. An important note, if you’re going to reinstall a deleted game, only the newest version is available on all platforms, but you can revert back to the previous version on GOG.
