Yandex Auto with voice control will be presented at the exhibition in China
By ForGeeks Yandex will showcase an updated version of Yandex Auto’s multimedia platform with voice assistant Alice at the Shanghai International Automobile Exhibition, which will be held from April 25 to May 2, 2025. The goal of the participation is to present the product to foreign automakers interested in entering the Russian market.
Car and service management by voice
The Yandex Auto platform allows you to use voice commands to control both digital services and individual car functions. The driver can start the engine, turn on the seat heating or adjust the climate control by voice – all without having to look away from the screen or smartphone.

Integration with the smart home ecosystem
The new version of Yandex Auto also supports interaction with smart home devices via the Home with Alice app and Yandex Station. This allows you to, for example, prepare your car for a trip with a voice command from your apartment or control your home devices while in the car.
Installation options for automakers
The Yandex Auto platform is integrated into the car at the production stage. There are two integration options:
- adaptation of the Yandex interface to the automaker’s multimedia system;
- installation of Yandex branded interface with full set of functions and built-in services;
